I cannot recommend Eileen highly enough.   Anyone would be incredibly blessed to have her caring for their children.   Eileen worked for us full time for 8 years and I always knew that my four children were safe, happy and well taken care of.  Eileen has an amazing ability to juggle multiple children, meals, errands, driving to activities, you name it, all while maintaining a wonderfully calm and confident demeanor.   The children adore her, but also respect her like another parent.   Eileen spent many overnights with all four of my children when my husband and I travelled and we always returned to an orderly, happy house.   She is brilliant with newborns as well as older children and always finds a way to keep everyone entertained.   I truly cannot recommend Eileen highly enough.   Anyone would be incredibly blessed to have her caring for their children, I know we were!

I am a big believer in prayer. And Eileen Bucklen (EEee as my children called her) was an answer to my prayer for who I could ever trust to leave my first born child with. Her sweetness, dependability and amazing gift of nurturing was evident from day one. If I had had a magic wand, I could not have designed a better nanny! She should start a school and train Nannies!

Eileen was nanny to our 3 young boys for 5 years. She was the most devoted and loving caregiver for our boys during a very formative and busy time in our lives. She first started with us when our youngest was a newborn and our oldest was 3 years old. Eileen showed an unbelievable ability to manage schedules and get everyone where they needed to be at the right  times. While our kids were at their youngest, she was able to simultaneously care for an infant, a rambunctious toddler and a 3-year old who loved to learn. She somehow managed to keep them all healthy, happy and engaged despite their different personalities. Even when we moved to a different city, Eileen showed an unbelievable devotion by dropping everything and commuting to Charlotte during the week for several months while we transitioned to our new home. Her loving care will always be remembered in our family.
